Shipping Policy

Products are usually shipped out within 4 business days. Shortbread cookies and biscotti are best eaten within 4 weeks, but can be stored for up to 8 weeks. All other products should be consumed within 5-10 days. Brownies and bars can be refrigerated to extend shelf life. Our products are made in a facility that processes foods that contain wheat (gluten), milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, seeds, and chocolate. While some cookies may not contain all of these products, trace amounts of them may be found in our products.

Return Policy

We take great care in packaging our products, however our shortbread cookies and biscotti, in particular, are fragile. Unfortunately we can't guarantee what happens to the packages once they leave our hands, however if a package is greatly damaged, please contact us and we will discuss replacing your order.
